Four Tiki Drinks


Here are the recipes:

4 TIKI DRINKS

BLUE HAWAIIAN
3/4 oz. (22ml) Vodka
3/4 oz. (22ml) Light Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Blue Curacao
3 oz. (90ml) Pineapple Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Sweet & Sour
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge/Cherry

PREPARATION
1. Add ice to shaking glass and pour over vodka, light rum, blue curaƧao, pineapple juice and sweet and sour. Shake well.
2. Strain mix over ice in serving glass.
3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry. Enjoy responsibly!

ZOMBIE
1 oz. (30ml) Light Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Dark Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Apricot Brandy
1/2 oz. (15ml) Overproof Rum
2 1/2 oz. (75ml) Orange Juice
2 1/2 oz. (75ml) Pineapple Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Grenadine Syrup
Garnish: Orange Slice/Mint Leaves/Cherry

PREPARATION
1. In an ice filled shaker combine all above ingredients except the grenadine and overproof rum. Shake well to mix.
2. Strain mix over ice in serving glass before adding grenadine and gently layering overproof rum on top using the back of a bar spoon.
3. Garnish with orange, mint leaves and a cherry. Enjoy responsibly!

PAINKILLER
2 oz. (60ml) Dark Rum
4 oz. (120ml) Pineapple Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Cream of Coconut
1 oz. (30ml) Orange Juice
Garnish: Nutmeg

PREPARATION
1. To an ice filled cocktail shaker add rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and orange juice. Shake well to combine.
2. Pour mix over ice into glass or coconut halve and garnish with an umbrella and grated nutmeg. Enjoy responsibly!

LAVA FLOW
1 oz. (30ml) Light Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
2 oz. Strawberries
1 Banana
2 oz. (60ml) Pineapple Juice
2 oz. (60ml) Coconut Cream
Ice
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge

PREPARATION
1. Add strawberries, light rum and coconut rum to a blender and combine until smooth. Set aside.
2. In a second blender (or once original is rinsed) blend banana, coconut cream and pineapple juice with ice.
3. Pour red mix into bottom before slowly pouring white into the centre to mix.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge. Enjoy responsibly!
