TOXIC WASTED
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Vodka
1/2 oz. (15ml) Melon Liqueur
Splash Blue Curacao
3 oz. (90ml) Orange Juice
3 oz. (90ml) Lemon Lime Soda
Garnish: Lime Wedge
PREPARATION
1. In an ice filled glass combine vodka, melon liqueur and orange juice. Shake well.
2. Add ice to serving glass and strain mix over before topping with lemon lime soda.
3. Add a splash of blue curaçao and stir to combine.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy responsibly!

1. Drop bubblegum into base of glass and pour over rum.
2. Allow to infuse, shaking periodically.

DIY JOLLY RANCHER TEQUILA
10 oz. (300ml) Tequila
Jolly Ranchers
PREPARATION
1. Drop jolly ranchers into base of glass and pour over tequila.
2. Allow to infuse, shaking periodically until all jolly ranchers are dissolved. Enjoy responsibly!
DIY MARSHMALLOW VODKA
10 oz. (300ml) Vodka
Mini Marshmallows
PREPARATION
1. Drop marshmallows into base of glass and pour over vodka.
2. Allow to infuse, shaking periodically.
3. Some marshmallows will dissolve entirely whilst other brands may need straining. Enjoy responsibly!
DIY RED HOTS WHISKEY
10 oz. (300ml) Whiskey
Red Hots
PREPARATION
1. Muddle red hots before placing in bottom of glass bottle.
RASPBERRY JALAPEÑO TEQUILA
2 oz. (60ml) Tequila
2 oz. (60ml) Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
1/3 oz. (10ml) Agave Syrup
Grapefruit Soda
Jalapeño Slices
Raspberries
Garnish: Jalapeño Slice/Raspberry
PREPARATION
1. Muddle raspberries, jalapeño slices and agave syrup in base of glass.
2. Add ice, tequila, lime juice and grapefruit juice and shake well.
3. Strain mix over ice and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a jalapeño slice and raspberries. Enjoy responsibly!
WAKE THE DEAD SHOOTER
1 oz. (30ml) Patron XO Cafe
1 oz. (30ml) Silver Tequila
1/2 oz. (15ml) Espresso
PREPARATION
1. Add ice, tequila, patron xo cafe and espresso to mixing glass.
2. Shake well and strain into shot glass. Enjoy responsibly!
IRISH COFFEE
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Parts Irish Whiskey
3 oz. (90ml) Parts Hot Coffee
1 oz. (30ml) Heavy Cream (Slightly Whipped)
1 Tsp Brown Sugar
PREPARATION
1. Pour hot water into serving glass to heat.
2. Toss hot water, pour in coffee and stir in sugar until dissolved.
3. Add whiskey, stir to combine and float cream on top. Enjoy responsibly!
ESPRESSO MARTINI
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Coffee Liqueur
1 Shot Espresso
Ice
Garnish: Coffee Beans
PREPARATION
1. Add ice to mixing glass and add vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso. Shake vigorously.
2. Empty ice from shaker and strain mix through fine mesh strainer.
3. Garnish with coffee beans. Enjoy responsibly!
CAPPUCCINO COCKTAIL
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Vodka
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Coffee Liqueur
Espresso Shot
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Single Cream
Dash Simple Syrup
Garnish: Cocoa Powder
PREPARATION
1. Add ice to shaking glass and pour over all ingredients. Shake well.
2. Strain mix into glass and garnish with cocoa powder. Enjoy responsibly!
