Rum Pineapple Bowl - Tipsy Bartender


RUM PINEAPPLE BOWL
Spiced Rum
Coconut Rum
Mango Chunks
Pineapple Chunks
Coconut Pineapple Ice Cream
Garnish: Strawberries

PREPARATION
1. Cut a pineapple vertically in half and hollow out the shell, keep the pineapple chunks.
2. Place pineapple chunks into a mason jar or glass and mango chunks into another.
3. Pour spiced rum into the mango jar and coconut rum into the pineapple jar. Shake well and let sit for a few hours.
4. Pour the infused rum and the fruits into the hollowed pineapple shells.
5. Add a few scoops of ice cream and garnish with strawberries.
